We provide complete climate control via our smart ecobee thermostats. It is auto set for comfortable temperatures based on the current outdoor climate with your ability to control it separately.

To adjust temperature beyond the presets simply touch the thermostat and slide your finger up or down to your desired temperature. This will temporarily override the comfort settings.

We know it's kinda hidden, but we wanted to give you the biggest TV possible. The fan switch is located directly behind the TV close to the entry door.

While it doesn't often get sub-artic in the Smokies it can. We provide you with a backup portable heater for use during these instances. You'll find it located in the pantry. Keep in mind that the Fireplace also provides heat when the mode is enabled!
